Peanut Butter Protein Crumble Bars

Jam-packed with protein and peanut butter, this treat will satisfy the sweet cravings while helping you hit your daily protein intake! Serves 10

Ingredients

Base Layer

1 cup desiccated coconut1 cup oats2 scoops True Protein WPI90 Choc Peanut Butter Protein Powder (available at Elevate)50g rice malt syrup2 Tbsp coconut oil4 Tbsp boiling water

Peanut Butter Layer

1/2 cup True Protein Peanut Butter Powder (available at Elevate)1/2 cup almond coconut milk2 Tbsp pure maple1 Tbsp coconut oil


Crumble Layer

1 crumbled True Protein Bar Salted Caramel (available at Elevate)

Method

1. Add all the ingredients of the base into a blender and blend until combined

2. Once combined, press firmly into the bottom of a lined baking tray and set aside in freezer while making the peanut butter layer

3. In a bowl, stir together all the ingredients until smooth and spread evenly across the base and set back in the freezer

3. Once peanut butter layer is semi-hardened, crumble over the bar of choice

4. Place back in the freezer and leave for 2 hours or overnight before slicing
